Fake News: No Fund Established by SNH and its Partners

The National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH) informs the public that a message circulating on social media, attributed to Ms. Nathalie Moudiki, Head of the Legal Division, claims that a fund has been established by SNH, Perenco, and Golar LNG to support citizens in the ten regions of Cameroon.

SNH formally denies this information, which is false, misleading, and constitutes a clear attempt at fraud. This message originates from malicious individuals impersonating Ms. Moudiki and misusing the SNH name.

SNH urges the public to remain vigilant and not to respond to these posts, to report the account in question to the Facebook platform, and to refer exclusively to official channels for all information.

SNH reserves the right to take legal action against the perpetrators and accomplices of these actions.
